Your club championship, every event in one place
A club championship is not one competition — it is a dozen. Men's Singles, Women's Doubles, Mixed, Under-15, Over-50, each with its own entries, its own draw and its own champion. ServeLeague holds all of them under a single championship, so players enter once and you run the whole thing from one page.
Built for the person running the club champs
The annual championship is usually the biggest thing a club organises all year, and the part most often held together by a spreadsheet and a whiteboard.
The organiser juggling a dozen events across several nights
Committees who need entries, fees and results in one place
Volunteers scoring on the night without a login or an app
Many events, one championship
Add as many events as your championship needs. Each is separately entered, separately drawn and separately won — but they share one identity, one schedule and one public page. Singles, doubles and mixed doubles are all supported, with categories for open, junior, veteran, age group and rating-capped grades.
- Every event gets its own draw, format and champion
- Open, junior, veteran, age-group and rating-capped categories
- Singles, doubles and mixed doubles events side by side
- Set championship-wide defaults once, override per event
Players enter everything in one go
One entry form lists every event a player is eligible for. They tick the ones they want, name their doubles partner, and pay for the lot in a single checkout. Each event carries its own price, entry limit and waiting list.
- A single entry form covering every event
- Doubles and mixed partners named at entry
- Per-event entry fees collected in one payment
- Per-event entry limits with automatic waiting lists
- Age and rating eligibility flagged as the player enters
- Entry lists you can review, import into or withdraw from
Run it night by night
Assign each event to the night it is played on, then start that whole night with one action. Groups advance to knockouts automatically as they finish, and finals night can be launched in a single step once the qualifiers are known.
- Events scheduled across as many nights as you need
- Start, close or reschedule a whole night at once
- Completed groups advance into the knockout automatically
- Entries seeded into draws from current ratings
- A dedicated finals night for the deciding matches
One PIN scores the whole championship
Scorers do not need an account, an app or a password. One four-digit championship PIN opens a hub listing every event currently in play; they pick the match in front of them and enter the score.
- A single championship-wide PIN for every event
- No accounts or installs for scoring volunteers
- A hub showing only what is playable right now
- Printable match sheets and draw sheets for the control desk
Champions, results and ratings
As each event finishes its champion and runner-up are recorded and published to the championship page and the club's champions board. When the championship is done, every match across every event feeds the ratings in one finalisation.
- A champions board recording every event winner
- A public page with draws, results and live status
- A championship results summary you can print or circulate
- Ratings, records and achievements updated across all events
- Schedule reminders and a champions wrap-up to entrants
Which one should you run?
ServeLeague has both, and they are built on the same competition engine. The difference is scope: a tournament is one competition, a championship is a collection of them.
Choose a championship when
- You are running several separately entered events, such as Men's Singles and Mixed Doubles
- The events are spread across more than one night
- Players should enter several events on one form and pay once
- It is your annual club championship and you want a champions board
Choose a tournament when
- It is a single competition, even if it has several grades or divisions
- It runs as one event, typically on one day
- You need tournament-level table and venue allocation
- You are importing results from paper draw sheets
Both use the same formats — round robin, knockout, group plus knockout, group crossover and full placement — so nothing about how matches are run changes between them.
